Access to all data is restricted to the personnel who administer the festival. EGMAF does not pass on collected data to any third party unless required to do so by law or if it is necessary in order to fulfil the festival’s constitutional purpose. It should be noted that in the printed festival programme only the entrant’s name, age range and the name of their school or association will appear.
